I am Sumbul Alladin , a Counseling Psychologist with over fifteen years of experience providing individual and family therapy, addressing emotional, behavioral, social, educational, career, and developmental issues in clients of all ages and diverse socio-economic backgrounds.

A committed and empathetic partner in the healing process, I help improve the overall well-being of my clients, by talking through their challenges, developing realistic and actionable goals, and providing them with the tools and skills to improve their quality of life.

My professional experience encompasses extensive work with individuals grappling with depression, anxiety disorders, stress, addictions, social anxiety, low self-esteem etc. My expertise also extends to working with teenagers and young adults, where I assist them and their families in enhancing communication, resolving conflicts, and fostering a more harmonious and functional home environment. Additionally, I specialize in couples therapy and am a Gottman certified couples therapist. I also have a growing NRI clientele owing to my understanding of the Indian culturual context.

I also have a Master's Degree in Psychology from Osmania University, Hyderabad.
